Website is loading very slowly

Hello,

my website freetoursgermany.com is loading very slowly, especially the header pictures. I have already tried to deactive and delete all unnecessary plug ins and tried different browsers, clearing the cache etc., however it did not really improve the loading time. What else could I try?
