What theme are you using? Where did you download it from?

I can see your are using the Salient theme.
You should disable Sticky Header on scroll. I think salient doesn’t has that option, but you can doit using CSS:
#header-outer, #header-space {
position: absolute !important;
}

Yes it is Salient, and yes you’re right it doesn’t have the option to turn off sticky header on scroll (only on a mobile display).
I tried putting on your CSS, but unfortunately it didn’t seem to do the trick.
When I scroll right down to the bottom, the header still appears at the top.
do you have a cache plugin?
