Did you post this on github? I recall someone else saying this but their api key appeared wrong in the logs. What does your API key begin with?

@mikejolley, I did not post this on github. How would I go about doing that? I have confirmed again the API Keys in the plugin match what’s in my Simplify Commerce account. They begin with “lvpb” and “14Ri”.
@siddii1, I did install the Simplify plugin following the prompts shown on the Simplify blog post (after already upgrading to Woo 2.6).
I also just updated the plugin to the new version 1.0.1 released this morning. Still no success.

Same exact problem here starting yesterday. Installed new Shipping Zones and deleted legacy shipping options and for some reason cards processed. But now they are not processing again and getting the same error “Error Processing Checkout” and the orders are marked Pending Payment.
cozyroo can you put a ticket in support.woothemes.com with admin/ftp logins and tell me the ticket ID? I can look into this in the morning.

I emailed SimplifyCommerce support and they said the problem exist with the Simplify plugin. So…I posted a ticket in woothemes support. Ticket #432128
