Database repair error

The product search on my WooCommerce installation isn’t functioning correctly. I haven’t found anything specific to my problem (Error 404 on any search) but found a recommendation to repair the database. When I ran the repair, it returned the following error:

wp_woocommerce_termmeta: Table ‘lon1513210063554.wp_woocommerce_termmeta’ doesn’t exist

Could this be why my search is failing, or is this a new issue all together?
