chat unavailable for unregistered users

    Hi,

    I wanted to add a chat in my site (http://eventi.iwgroup.it) and so I added a plugin (Tidio Chat) which make this. With registerd users I have no problem, I can see regularly the plugin, but with unregistered users I can’t see it. The plugin support told me that the configuration works fine so it’s not a plugin problem. What can it be? Theme problem maybe?
