no i cant locate that . opened the file ie sites.php but cant find it
Helix, try this:
-log into the main site in the network: example.com
-on the left side of the toolbar, you should see “My Sites” just to the right of the WP logo.
– hover over Network Admin, and you should see a sub-option for Sites. This will take you to http://www.example.com/wp-admin/network/sites.php, and a listing of all your sites.

i have checked ,in that option only i am not able to see new site although i can access that through all sites and then all sites options and then dashboard for respective one
I’m confused. You have one subsite that is not appearing in a list of sites?
Can you post the url of the list where you see other subsites, but not this one? Change the domain name if needed, but this will let us see what part of the network admin dashboard you are having difficulty with.

wordpress is install on wamp ie localhost, let me tell you step by step,
in multisite ,all sites are available under mysites i can see network admin and below that i can see two sites names let us say x ,y ,now i have created one more site let us say z ,i can not see this heading of site under mysites ,if i want to go dashboard of z then i have to select first network admin then sites then all sites and then z
Ah! Navigate to the dashboard of the site that you are unable to see in the list and verify that you are a user on that site.
In multisite, super admins can get to any website dashboard through the network admin dashboard, but the My Sites will only show you the sites where you are an actual user.
