Have you tried:
– switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.
– resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

I have tried and switch to another theme, thesame thing happens. I remove header image, reduce items in the menu, ask google to crawl. (Thesame.) I have not been able to see the button with which to change to default. Kindly tell me were that is.
Can we see your site using the default theme with all plugins deactivated?

I will do so. when I close from work. i change to default under theme option it is disappearing as well. i will contact you in the night. thanks for your concern.

The header with the arrow on the right hand side? I have had it up for 5 minutes and it is still there.
kindly load it again. it stays at one time in other times it disappears since i set it to default.
And the image is an “art header” not a graphic as far I can tell. With your custom theme there is not much we can do.

I don’t see a default theme.
So I have had it open in Chrome and MS Edge for 10 minutes and it is still there. If you are seeing it disappear at random times then it must be local. Things just don’t disappear. If there is a reaction there has to be an action first. (13 min. now on Edge.)
