    Try to disable Nicesroll under:

    Appearance -> Customize -> General -> Nicescroll

    Since i see the jQuery error with Nicescroll and that could be reason why mobile menu is not working.

    Thanks for the fix, but that wasn’t it. I’ve tried everything in the Customize interface, but nothing is working. Could there be a conflict somewhere? Maybe something needs to be modified in the header.php ? I was looking at Widgets that could be conflicting. My previous theme was custom developed and it probably has something left behind blocking the mobile menu from responding. I really appreciate any input.

    It’s definitely a conflict with something, it could be a conflict with some plugin.

    I see sharethis jquery error so try disabling that plugin or try turn off cache plugin also if you are using it.
