I noticed that the plugin doesn’t use WordPress defined styles, e.g. when I place an image on a page, the caption below the image isn’t styled. I created a custom theme using the native WordPress caption style (.wp-caption), and the image captions created by the Elementor plugin didn’t inherit that style. Examining the page, the caption created by the Elementor theme had its own style applied.

I love this plugin, but in order to make my theme(s) work with this plugin, I’ll have to edit a lot of CSS. Would it be possible for Elementor to use predefined WordPress styles instead of its own?

    Thank you for your time!

  • Hi Adam,
Notice that you can use the color and font schemes in the panel (you can reach it by clicking the upper most left button in the panel).
With these setting you can configure a basic style schemes for your page.
