    Can you please check your active plugin list? Is there any tweaky plugin you have installed with your site?

    How can you check that thing? Follow below steps:

    Please check blog designer plugin screenshots and compare your current UI of Blog Designer. If you are not getting same then there is one plugin installed with your website that creating confliction with Blog Designer plugin. Please deactivate one by one and try to save blog designer data.

    If you have emergency with your site and want urgent help then you can create ticket also at our support site.
