Get send to mail address from shortcode

I would like to get the send “To” email addres from a custom user field. On the rest of the website I can depict the email addres with a shortcode. However these do not work in the form and cf7 admin area. Is their anyway to add functionallity such that cf7 accepts third party shortcode?
Shortcode and custom user field are generated by wp-types plugin.
