Crop Images proportionally

Hi Josh

I would like to find a fool proof way for users to upload images.
My image dimensions is sit to 1950 x 500 ( for browser width )

Is it possible to include the cropping tool when images are uploaded.
In my example I uploaded an image of 1000 x 610

In such case I like the user to resize the cropping tool, but proportionally and select their crop area. Once they cropped, then yes, the image will be smaller than 1950 by 500, but it would be proportionally.

Then in the slider, it can be set to be always 100% wide.
( I do realize the image may very well be pixelated )
