Post/Page Editor Not Working

Hi, everyone,

For some reason, when I open my visual post or page editor, I can’t click “update” without the text disappearing. When I switch to HTML, the text is still there, and the strange thing is when I click on HTML and then back to Visual, the text shows up in Visual again. But sometimes after I click update, the revisions just simply delete themselves. The actual page (on the actual website) reflects exactly what the HTML says.

I’ve tried deleting the browser cache, to no avail. I have about 22 plugins and a theme, but the plugins are mostly things that are site performance plugins like W3 Total Cache and Google Analytics. The only idea I have is to deactivate and uninstall plugins (eventually the theme, and restarting the site if I have to) until the editor works. The good news is that I’m still testing and developing my site on a local host (not open to public yet) so it wouldn’t be erasing much.

Any suggestions?
