Sticky Posts hack for WordPress 1.2

Marius has rewritten my old Sticky post hack so that it works in WordPress 1.2 Here is the link for the new instructions for creating sticky posts in WordPress 1.2 Mingus.
This basically lets you keep a post on top of your blog index page indefinitely.
