The tracking script is for conversion tracking purposes. If you don’t receive emails I would advise to install the plugin:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/check-email/
And check if your WordPress installation is able to send mails via that plugin.
If not: can you ask your hosting provider / system administrator to check your mail settings?

It has not been solved yet, but I am working on it. (when I use my own testing-domain I receive mails, but my client’s not.)
I will contact the hosting provider.

Here I am back.
We still cannot receive mail.I asked the provider en they did not see any trouble on the hosting settings.
The wordpress is able to send email using a contactform-plugin.
Do you have any advise for solving this problem?
