Sorry I think it is not metabox item, I think it items is Page Builder plugin items.
So it is not possible to disable to items.
Please consider the way to hide in the CSS.

There are several possible causes.
1. Loaded metaboxes is old.
Please loading button on Manage meta box of WP Admin UI Customize.
2. Not metabox (similar metabox).
Sorry in this case can not possible replace the label to metabox.
Could you please find the cause?
