Yes, you can change the button color using CSS.

Well, you can try use the https://wordpress.org/themes/storefront/ theme, Storefront allows you customize the “add to cart” buttons.

hey, @jmbfishing can you send me your store link… and also provide your add to card button color hex code.. i will post complate css code you can copy past it and thats it…
