Email Notification not working

    UPI CRM – Version 2.0.4.1

    Recently installed. And used with Contact Form 7 and SMTP Mailer plugins.

    Mapped existing forms fields to UpiCRM structured database field (tested the form in UI and it works- because I can see it in lead management). I know the email smtp is working because CF7 has the option to send emails when the form is submitted.

    The only problem I have is its not sending an email notification. Not even in the lead creation. I have edited, assigned to someone else (I’m switching between two UPICRM Admin user types), added an email on “Distribute all leads and updated to additional email address (or multiple addresses separated by comma”, still nothing.

    Any chance I might have missed a setup instruction? Any possible conflict with the plugins?

    Your help would be truly appreciated.

    Now live for download (V2.0.4.2) –
    ” Fixed – send email bug. On some unique conditions emails were NOT sent from the system. We hope we fixed that”

    Hi. yeah, Still doesn’t work on our end. I wish I could give you more info like Some error logs-but alas.

    Hi there… don’t give up.
    I had these issues… what I do is – I use “Easy WP SMTP” plugin .
    I use this plugin to send mail from a new Gmail account (server.leads@gmail.com) and then I have the sent items folder that allows me to check / monitor / debug the out going emails.

    can you try this and let us know ?

    Hi,
    Thanks. The plugin helped and is now working — I briefly checked New Lead, change user assignment, change lead status.

    Can anybody help, I am facing the same issue. Tried Easy SMTP Plugin but still there is an issue.
