Changed upload_url_path now getting 500 Error

I successfully moved wordpress to our new location and everything was working fine except the images. So I went in and change the upload_url_path and now I’m getting 500 Internal Server error. I don’t know why.

I went into phpmyadmin and removed the path, but still getting error. Can anyone please point me in the right direction?
