Ask your hosting. It’s some sort of security measure.

where can i find mysql tools?
Please explain a little more
@rahatmahajan you said

, then where you are trying to install the WordPress?
On my system.
Localhost wordpress using web platform installer
Okay, I have some questions to ask:
1- Are you using WAMP or XAMPP?
2- During the WordPress installation process, have you tried with the User name “root” and leave the Password field empty (don’t write anything)?
Take a look at this https://codex.wordpress.org/Installing_on_Microsoft_IIS, maybe it can help you out.
I am using ISS
I did try that but its not working
Everytime i tried to install wordpress It says
default database admin account for: root
Database server : localhost
password ……….
but when I enter the password it gives error message
Hi Rahatmahajan,
Hopefully Web Pl is successfully installed!
Once you choose to install WP, you get to step 3 in the tutorial: PREREQUSITES.
here: which database are you choosing? are you keeping it MySQL or something else? Are you able to go ahead here or get stuck here?
