custom-header template changes- parse error message

    I (stupidly) tried to change the custom-header template.php in the twenty fourteen WP theme and now I can’t get into my site or any of the ‘appearance – editor’ area to upload the code from an unedited .php
    The message on my site (irlenwa.com.au) and every page I try is:

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘<‘ in /home/wp_th5xi8/irlenwa.com.au/wp-content/themes/twentyfourteen/inc/custom-header.php on line 128

    Is there any way I can fix this, or can I delete wordpress from my domain: irlenwa.com.au and then start again?
