when i viewed it in my smart phone, the data content of the tabs is shorten or cut. could it be possible if we remove the responsiveness in the content of my tabs so that it will not be truncated? is there a way to fix it? thanks..

Please submit spreadsheet form without tab on page and then check that the same problem was come again on mobile.

That mean it’s not tab issue, actually your spreadsheet form design is not responsive.
That’s why it’s layout is truncated in mobile devices.

Pardon. Did you mean without tabs? I really tried it before and works well. the spreadsheet is not truncated in mobile devices. I’m just finding the right Tabs plugin for my spreadsheets suits for mobile and also for desktops/laptops.

Hi,
I have check your spreadsheets page without tab and i have found it’s non responsive. spreadsheet is also truncated without tabs in mobile device.
