How much "Bulk Delay" do you recommend?

In your videos, you mention that setting a bulk delay is highly recommended, but you don’t give a suggested value.

I’m on shared SiteGround hosting, using PHP 7.0.4.

Can you please give me some suggestions as to how long to set the delay?
