Trouble with russian file names syncronization

    Greeting, Dear Support Team. Could You please help me with subject trouble ?

    When I syncronize folders, I got error –

    Unable to insert item �������� ������� (cat 0) into DB! Illegal mix of collations (utf8_general_ci,IMPLICIT) and (utf8mb4_general_ci,COERCIBLE) for operation ‘=’ (file C:/inetpub/wwwroot/wp-content/uploads/filebase/�������� �������/�������� ��������.docx)

    As I see, it happens cause of russian chars. Is there any way to fix it ?
