    Hi,

    I can’t seem to trace the source of this errant div on my company website. Please see here above the slider: http://www.sustain.co.uk/

    This is what it’s showing up as:

    <div class=”vc_col-sm-12 wpb_column column_container col no-padding color-dark” style=”” data-animation=”” data-delay=”0″>

    I can’t get rid of it! I’m not sure if it’s associated with the revolution slider plugin but that’s all updated and I have checked the settings for any settings to no avail. Any help would be much appreciated 🙂

    Thanks

  • Hey ieuanoh,

    I’ve seen that before, in my experience vc stands for “Visual Composer” and it’s likely referencing a column in your design that’s 1/12 the width of the parent container.

    Check your layout tool and make sure your columns are the correct width and that there isn’t an extra column or that the rest of the layout for that row is the correct size.

    Let us know if that helps!

    Hi Tyler,

    Thanks for your help! It was indeed a VC problem.

    The cause was a row that was only visible on mobile devices (in lieu of the slider) that seemed to be showing through. We have recently updated our VC so maybe it was something to do with that which caused the error.

    I have deleted but will need to set this row up again at some point. Hopefully it will work correctly in the future.

    Thanks!
    Ieuan

    @ieuanoh: Sorry, but you’re using Visual Composer, a premium/paid plugin. It’s best to go to the support site where you bought the plugin for help with customizations and issues. You paid for support when you bought the products, so you should contact the developers. These forums are for plugins available at wordpress.org/plugins/.
