Not getting confirmation message

Hi all, I’m having what seems to be a common problem. Before directing me to this page (http://contactform7.com/faq/#The_spinning_arrow_icon_shows_up_once_I_submit_a_form) I already read it. I tried switching themes and I tried disabling all plugins except for CF7 but neither worked. I just get the spinning icon then it disappears. Does anyone have other ideas on why I’m not getting a confirmation message
