We’re preparing the v1.4.0 release and should have it available sometime after mid-week next week.
Will be uploading the updates over the weekend..
I have completed the update and it still doesn’t work. It still shows 0 as the prices for all items.
What am I missing.

@scottcomgs, I’ve got no idea. There was an issue with the previous version of the plugin on WordPress 4.5.2 and later, but v1.4.0 of the plugin is working just fine on my demo site, running WordPress 4.5.3.
What other WordPress plugins do you have installed? Have you tried enabling the WordPress debug to see if anything’s amiss?
I would agree that this is likely a plugin that caused this.. The last time this was reported, this turned out to be the case:

Suggest disabling all plugins except this one, and see if you get the same result.
