    @yuzukiyukari,

    Tested on your blog. Also saw you have many errors in your browser’s console. That could be one reason. So, please resolve the errors and then have a check with functionality.

    thanks for your reply.
    i can only see two warnings but no error using chrome’s console.
    also, i made it works by displaying the name field. if i hide the name field, the “there was a problem with the request” error is back.

    this is just in the case of subscribing using [enter] on keyboard instead the subscribe button.

    i wonder if this error is on me or is plugin’s bug?

    sorry for my bad english

    @yuzukiyukari,

    Looks like this is on your end i.e. conflict with some other plugin or your theme because it is working correctly at our end (on showing or hiding name field).

    I am getting exactly the same error when I press enter on the keyboard. It’s working fine when I click the subscribe button.

    I don’t use any Third Party Plugins. Basic installation. No errors show up in the debug log. It’s happening with PHP 5.6 and 7.x. Email Subscribers & Newsletters ( 3.2.6) and WordPress 4.7.2

    How can I debug this further?
