I also submitted to your plugin website support forum as I did not know which forum was more actively monitored.

I’m using Registration Magic 3.1.1 in conjunction with Gravity Forms and Gravity PDF to create PDF documents using user registration metadata. Everything was working great until I updated to 3.1.1 and then I began getting white screens on form submission. Form submission returns links to PDF files. The following error was generated on form submission.

“Catchable fatal error: Object of class mPDF could not be converted to string in /var/www/www.mywebsite.com/wp-content/plugins/custom-registration-form-builder-with-submission-manager/external/PFBC/Form.php on line 31”

Disabling Registration Magic results in proper form submission and no error.
I have not upgraded to 3.1.2 as I’m more inclined to roll back to previous working plugin you released.

Any help and suggestions appreciated. My ecommerce site has come to a screeching halt 🙁

By the way, I was loving your plugin otherwise.

    Thanks.

Hi, thanks. I sent you information back in the email I received. I can’t get into the ticketing system. Simply won’t issue me a new password and rejects current password. I registered again but never got a response. I can solve all of this rather quickly if I can just roll back two versions. I tried going to latest version and the problem persisted. If I can roll back I can at least open my eCommerce site back up until a fix is found. Thanks. I noticed you don’t have old versions on the wordpress plugin download page. Thanks a ton.

    Hi,

Sorry to hear you had trouble accessing ticketing system. We’ll manually reset and send you new login.

I appreciate your willingness to use an older version to solve your problem. Let me know which version you need and I’ll email you the zip file.

That being said, it’s an important issue for us and we want to get it fixed in the next release, as early as possible. We’re also bringing multi page forms and some other goodies very soon, and we’ll love to see you using future versions.

Hey thanks so much. Do you have my email and login? My last working version is the version prior to 3.1.1. I can also get you in touch with Jake Jackson, the author of Gravity PDF and he can possibly help to get the two plugins playing nice together. They go very well together typically!

I did manage to log into your ticketing system using my Google + account so don’t worry about resetting the password. I provided replies. I also note that my email responses end up there automagically. We can probably close this thread as I know I have a link with you. Thanks

Hello, I’m reopening this thread because I’m looking for a status update and not getting much back on the ticketing system on your webpage. You had said you would email me the version prior 3.1.1 so I could get up and running. Might be valuable as well to do because if it doesn’t solve the problem then it’s something else on my site. Sorry to be a pest, I have a few lines out to you. Just trying to get back up and running. Thank you.

Really. This has been horrible support. The author of the plugin, your update crashed.. he rewrote YOUR code to fix the problem. Now you can try getting in touch with someone to fix your problem. I’m moving to Gravity Forms Registration.
