Capability Equivalent to 'tax_query'

    Hello all!

    Does anyone know if it is possible to GET posts that are in Term A and Term B.

    Custom taxonomy: label
    Custom post: resource

    I’ve tried:
    /wp-json/wp/v2/resource?filter[posts_per_page]=-1&filter[label]=region&filter[label]=federal

    Any help would be greatly appreciated!
