Hi,

I have just canceled my SSL certificate and need to make changes to move from https to http. The last time I tried moving it, I lost access to my admin panel. I no longer remember what I did.

I’d appreciate it if you could please tell me what changes to make and what to be careful with.

You can try replace all url https to http in database. Take backup file first before doing this

or

Take a look at WordPress admin –> Settings –> General

Do you see an https link for WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL)?

Change https to http and then scroll down and click on save changes.
