Cannot activate fresh installed plugin

Hello,

After years using Ceceppa I’ve found the first critical issue.
The problem is that when I try to enable the plugin after a fresh installation I get a problem with the connection to mysql database (call to undefined function):

Luckly I’m using it in my debug website (not int the production one).
