Adding .html extensions to books pages within plugin

Looks like the URLs of the books and authors pages within MyBookTable plugin cannot be changed within the plugin settings to include .html extensions. Is there a workaround for this? I already have permalinks set to .html and so all the other pages and posts on my site use .html
