Is generatepress.com down?

    Hi,

    received this info from my hosting provider:
    $ curl -IvL generatepress.com
    * Rebuilt URL to: generatepress.com/
    * Trying 104.236.212.100…
    * connect to 104.236.212.100 port 80 failed: Connection timed out
    * Failed to connect to generatepress.com port 80: Connection timed out
    * Closing connection 0
    curl: (7) Failed to connect to generatepress.com port 80: Connection timed out

    is it a reason why I cannot update my website?

    You’re asking in the wrong place. Yes, you can’t use the link I’m pointing you to but the author cannot answer questions like that in these forums.

    Here’s my stock reply.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. As you are their customer I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.

    Try their Twitter account instead.
