wp default email from wordpress@domain.com

Dear,
Why all emails sent by my website are sent out by a wordpress@mydomain.com email?

Should it use the “network Admin email” or in case of multisite the “Admin email” from each subsite?

I think that as a result wordpress is loosing credibility by forcing this type of communications. And let me to say that I am a fan of wp!
