    But now the page at https://preachnet.com/freeindeedhouston/register still shows the Join My Multisite shortcode instead of the normal wp register page

    Edit the page perhaps? Remember you had to edit the page to add the shortcode 🙂

    Edit: You’re actually using some plugin or another to edit the wp-admin page, so I would actually try deleting the register page. Or checking the directions of this other plugin to see how to make it work.
