    I want to allow product exchanges in case item purchased didn’t fit the customer and he’d like a different size.

    Searching for Woocommerce Exchange yields results for a different plugin.

    I found this plugin, it mentions of exchanges, but I didn’t find anything in docs.

    If anyone know a plugin which could allow refunds and exchange, please provide link.

    That plugin could help, but this is usually a manual process. If you need to refund you can do so from the orders interface. If you need to exchange, you can edit the order. But if you need to charge more, you’d need to refund and create a new order unless you have a way to charge them again i.e. via gateway.
