text not centered & how to use HEX values? | WordPress.org

I added 3 slide boxes at the bottom of this page – http://stephmcmillan.com/home-page-new/

No matter what I try I cannot get the text centered in these circles. It looks perfect when I am designing it but it doesn’t show up properly when the page is viewed in Chrome or IE.

Also, when choosing colors for backgrounds and fonts I cannot see any place to enter a HEX value. Am I missing something?
