    Hello,

    I’m using your plugin and everything seems to be working fine, no error messages anywhere. However, I am not receiving a confirmation email nor any indication from stripe that my payments are going through. The customer is also not receiving any confirmation emails. Is there just a lag, or are the payments not actually going through?

    Hi, This plugin doesn’t send any email. The confirmation is shown to the customer right after the payment. When the customers pay, they get sent to the “Checkout Result Page URL” and they can see confirmation of payment and what they purchased. They can also download any digital items (if you were selling a digital item).

    The payment details goes in your orders menu (you can view it from the admin dashboard). So you know which payments went though.

    I didn’t see a big need for sending email given how this plugin works. However, there are action hooks in the plugin that you can use to send an email if you need to.

    I have the same problem as brynnmcnab. I checked the hooks in the settings but no Email is sent and the transactions do not show up in “orders” on my WP admin page or on the dashboard in Stripe.

    Which makes the plugin unusable (a shame after 1 day of setting up the design and integration).
