Missing functions – can't see option to customize

The developer’s forum and documentation suggests that there should be an option to customize the ‘Jumbotron’. For some reason I can’t see this option, and I think some other customization options may also be missing. Someone else recently posted the same problem with the ‘pro’ version, but I am using the free version so I don’t think that their problem was actually specific to the ‘pro’ version of this theme.
