If you have access to the SQL database or FTP, you could try resetting the password through one of those paths. Below is the documentation.

Maybe there is something wrong with the mail system on the server? You could talk to your hosting company.
A long shot, but the emails could be going to your spam folder. Have you checked there?

I already talked to my hosting company but they can’t help me.
They said the same thing use the PHP MyAdin.
But I can use it. When my member who forgot the password and try to reset the password then what can they do?
That is my problem. How can I fix the mail server? Or Do you check this plz.
Did you tell your hosting company that the email server is not working properly? They should be able to help you make sure the email settings are correct.

I told them .
But they can’t help me.
Is it the problem with the settings or the hosting company or WordPress.
I had already a site up and running nicely with that hosting company.

If you are using yahoo or gmail as your sending address you may be hitting DMARC.
