Saw this plugin on another WP site and I decided to add it to mine. The widget shows on my footer section which is divided into 4 sections, however the images display horizontally, making the images small. Can I change the display so that they display and scroll vertically instead?

Without being able to see your website it is hard to recommend a solution. It sounds like it should be possible with some custom CSS but I could not say for sure without seeing your site.
