    Hello,

Have a look at Installing WordPress in Your Language. There are instruction on how to manually install language files as well as a link to a page where you can download WordPress in Your Language.

    Hope this helps.

Have you tried to copy a clean copy of WordPress over your existing installation?

If possible rewrite all the files directly? or It must reinstall wordpress 4.5.2?
The .po and .mo files are in wp-content/languages and in wp-content/themes/designfolio-child/languages.
I tried to uninstall all plugins and I changed the theme, to see if there was some interference, but remains in English 🙁

You can overwrite the files directly. The codex has instructions on doing a manual update.

Just in case something goes wrong, don’t forget to make a backup of your site.
