    I am sorry to the see the support being offered even on the pro version. I just couldnt load wptouch.com to support my ticket. The plugin is eating away at my server and i could not even go to the plugin’s setting page.

    If i cant access plugin, and i cant reach you, how do i solve the issue? my url is http://www.marketing91.com I bought Infinity cache for 15 dollars and activated Maxcdn. Since that time, WP touch is slowing down my server and making me mad. Worst of all, you guys dont have an EMail support details and your own site is not loading. So how do i resolve this? And that too after buying the plugin for 2 years.

    I’m sorry to hear you had a poor experience this week. Our hosting provider was experiencing hardware failures at the time you described which caused our server to respond much more slowly to requests than normal.
