I have the same problem with my multisite. I bought the Robo Gallery EXT+ licence with unlimeted installs but it don’t work: I only could enter the name of an gallery, that’s it.
I think it’s better to ask for an refund … 🙁

We’ll take a look to every single problem and I’m sure that we’ll find solution for every case.
Unfortunately I’ve already moved to another plugin because I just assumed robogallery didn’t support multisite.
You still haven’t really indicated if it does or not, if it does/should work, I would recommend making that an item on the feature list or putting it in some documentation, I would of tried a little harder to figure it out if I had an indication it was supposed to work (still not clear).
sorry, but it’s should work with multi site…. Actually after your request we make additional tests and I can confirm that it’s work with multisite on our test location without any problems.
I guess the reason of the problems on your side could be in some kind of conflict. If you post ticket (http://robosoft.co/new-ticket) with details we can try to find solution together!
In update 2.2.0 we have update multi site functionality. If you have some kind issues with plugin please update it to the 2.2.0 version or higher to avoid any conflicts.
