"I'm interested" / "triangle" exchange – plugin ?

Hi,

I will try to explain this as good as I can;

In my country we can exchange rental apartments with other tenants and there are different website that provide this service.

There is something called “Triangle Exchange” and this is what I am interested in for my website; HOW can I do this? Is there any plugin that can do a similar thing? I will explain what it is;

We have three persons; A, B and C

A is interested in B’s apartment

B is interested in C’s apartment

C is interested in A’s apartment

which means that all of them can exchange their apartments, and everyone will be happy. (explanation: A gives her apartment to C, but takes B’s apartment, B gives her apartment to A but takes C’s apartment, and C gives her apartment to B but takes A’s apartment)

To show interest in another persons apartment you simple press a button “I am interested” and the “triangle exchange” comes up automatically on your profile page whenever there is a “triangle match”.
