Image within post does not appear completely.

    When I upload image to media library to show complete within the library with complete resolution but when i inserted it into the post it occurs with square dimension with low resolution.
    image in media library appears:

    Image When I inserted in the post and publish post appears.
    Like this
    HELP ME to get out of this problem.
