Yes, I have reset several times but it didn’t work…
What error do you get when trying to login? Can you provide more details? How did you reset the password? Is this using the Lost you Password link? Can you try to reset via the database or phpmyadmin?

After I enter my log in, it shows ‘The tbbl.ca page isn’t working’ and quickly redirect to the previous log in page.
Yes, I clicked ‘Lost your password?’ button and entered my email, I immediately got a password reset email, in the email, I clicked the link to reset the password, and I copy the password that the system generated, but it still didn’t work…

Below is the link to the different methods to reset your password. If you have SQL or FTP access, you can try one of those.
Resetting Your Password
Also, do you have a backup from before the update? If so, you could restore back to that point and try the update again.
