Hi, Can someone tell me if this plug-in is something that can be used to perform regular backups of my WP site? I don’t need to export/import at this time, but just need a reliable backup program.

Hi pakoch,

Thank you for reaching out.
For our plugin, to backup your site is to “export”.
Please make sure not to use Find/Replace on export if you do not want to replace any values in the database.
