Working on windows but not Mac

Hey there,
Downloaded the plugin and it’s working fine on a windows machine, but it isn’t working when viewed on a macbook (mid 2013). Both are running the same/most recent version of chrome and the site is running the latest version of wordpress with all the updates installed on your plugin. Any advice?
